We are not even sure it counts as a ski holiday if you don’t enjoy a tartiflette at least once and our vegetarian version of the hearty winter warmer gives you all of the naughty pleasure but with none of the meat! Our interpretation of this traditional Savoyard dish is made the same way with layers of sliced potato cooked in cream and onions but with the addition of courgette, peppers and leeks AND of course topped with thick layers of sliced reblochon cheese – a soft, creamy cheese produced exclusively in this region.
