There are around 30 different variations of biryani found around India each with their own distinct flavour and ingredients but all aromatic and bursting with flavour! Our vegetarian take on this famous one pot rice dish uses carrots, butternut squash, red pepper, courgettes, chickpeas, dried fruit & basmati rice, delicately seasoned with a traditional blend of Indian spices and topped with toasted almonds.
Served with homemade flatbread, poppadoms and a cucumber & mint raita
