Description
This local dish from the Savoie has become synonymous with skiing and we love it so much that we have it on our menu every day! Definitely not for anyone counting calories but you simply cannot come to the Alps without enjoying this hearty winter warmer at least once. Layers of potato cooked in cream, bacon, onions with a touch of wine and topped with a thick layer of sliced reblochon – a soft, creamy cheese produced exclusively in this region.
Served with a green salad
