Nut roast has been a vegetarian staple for years but that does not mean it has to be ordinary or boring! Ours is made with a blend of chestnuts, walnuts and hazelnuts mixed with breadcrumbs, herbs and spices and roasted between layers of sliced tomato & comté cheese.
Served with mustard mashed potato, mange tout and buttered carrots.
