A selection of wild mushrooms cooked with leeks in a creamy blue cheese sauce and wrapped in puff pastry. All you have to do is put it in the oven and wait until it turns crispy and golden!
Served with a sweet potato mash and roasted winter vegetables (parsnip, carrot & pumpkin)
