Tender lamb, a rich sauce, smooth sweet potato mash and winter roasted vegetables; this has to be the perfect winter dish to treat yourself to! Slowly braised in a red wine jus, the meat literally falls off the bone of our French reared lamb which is supplied to us by our friendly local butcher.
Served with a sweet potato mash and roasted winter vegetables (parsnip, carrot & pumpkin)
