Nothing says decadent like a roasted confit duck leg served with rich, creamy, garlicy, dauphinoise potatoes! Our confit duck legs are made from French reared ducks and our dauphinoise potatoes are made the classic way – layers of thinly sliced potatoes topped with cream, garlic & seasoning. The dish is finished off with a redcurrant jus and served with green beans.
