Sometimes the classics are the best and who are we to mess with tradition! Whole pieces of free range chicken cooked in red wine with bacon, mushrooms, baby onions and lots of flavour! We recommend lighting a fire and cracking open a bottle of burgundy while the smells of great French cooking fill the air!
